Fulfilment of Brief: We guarantee that the final audio will adhere to the approved script (for custom stories/announcements) and incorporate the personalisation details you provided during the ordering process.
Voice Performance Consistency: The chosen AI voice (or human voice, if applicable) will maintain consistent tone, pacing, and emotional delivery as approved during the production stages.
Our Revision Process:
If, upon receiving your final audio, you are not completely satisfied, we offer a dedicated revision process to address your concerns:
Minor Adjustments (Included): We provide a set number of rounds of minor adjustments (e.g., slight volume tweaks, minor pacing adjustments, re-emphasis of a particular word or phrase) based on your feedback. Voice Style/Accent: While we strive for realistic voiceovers, requests for a complete change of AI voice or a fundamental change in accent after initial production may be subject to additional fees.

What Our Guarantee Does NOT Cover:

Subjective Preferences Beyond Scope: While we aim for your delight, requests that fall outside the parameters of the original brief or approved style (e.g., requesting a completely different music genre than initially discussed, or a voice style fundamentally different from the selected AI voice) may require a new order.
Refunds on Personalised Digital Products: Due to the custom, digital nature of our products and the intellectual effort involved in their creation, full refunds are not offered once production has commenced beyond an initial concept stage.
